Halco's 109020 CFL lamps are unaffected by ambient temperature and are suitable for indoor and outdoor use. These lamps provide better light quality and are more efficient than High Pressure Sodium or Mercury Vapor. The ProLume PL26T/E/27/ECO produces 1800 initial lumens of 2700K light using just 26 watts of energy.
