10" Frost Acrylic Light Globe Twist Lock Opening

The lamp globes that I received have all the correct specs except that the Frost color is a bit different than the white globes that we currently use on all of our 25 lamp stands. I have not yet started replacing the broken ones so I am not sure how well it will look to mix them together. Were there white lamp globes available with the exact same specs of the 10 size and the 4 inch opening with the short lip? That is what I thought I was ordering. Please let me know. Otherwise the order itself was fine, especially the very kind help that I received from Caron Valinoti in your accounting dept. She is to be commended for her help, above and beyond the usual. Not so much the person I spoke with in your customer service. He was polite enough but borderline rude with the way he sidestepped my repeated requests to speak with Caron who had helped me initiate the order. That kind of person does little or nothing to embellish the image of your business to the customer. He should work in the shipping dept. and not in customer service. But thank you for sending me this order and I look forward to receiving the answer to my question above.

This was my best option across the internet for missing globes on two back porch lights. The twist and lock connection was too small, so I wrapped it in electrical tape and its holding so far. The globe is too big for the space, so I had to bend the fixture a little to get it to fit against the brick wall. It's not a bad item... and at least there is now something there.
