Ballast Return Policy
All ballast sales are final once shipped.
We do not accept returns on ballasts after shipment.
Electronic ballasts cannot be reliably tested to determine whether they have been installed, energized, or previously used. Once a ballast leaves our facility, we have no way to verify its condition or ensure it has not been exposed to improper wiring, voltage, or handling. For this reason, returned ballasts cannot be resold or certified as new.
To maintain product integrity, safety, and quality standards, all ballast orders are considered non-returnable once shipped.
Warranty Coverage Still Applies
All ballasts are fully covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. If a ballast is defective under normal operating conditions, we will assist with the warranty process in accordance with the manufacturer’s terms.
If you have any questions about compatibility or application before ordering, our U.S.-based customer service team is available to help ensure you select the correct ballast.
