Designed for fast, reliable installation in new construction and remodel projects, this 4" line-voltage housing accepts standard E26 lamps or retrofit LED modules, simplifies wiring access, and reduces jobsite callbacks with a built-in thermal protector and UL damp-location listing.
KEY FEATURES:
- E26 Socket: Accepts PAR/R20 lamps up to 50W or retrofit LED lamps using the included E26 adaptor.
- Durable Frame: Plaster frame of galvanized steel with removable housing for junction box access.
- Thermal Protection: Self-resetting thermal protector prevents overheating from improper lamping or insulation contact.
- Adjustable Bar Hangers: Pre-installed nails and adjustable hangers repositionable from 13-5/8" to 25" for easy alignment.
- Ready For Wiring: Junction box with seven 7/8" knockouts and four Romex pry-outs with strain relief; feed-through wiring capable.
