This kit is crafted for seamless bollard installation and upgrade, featuring robust components designed for durability and versatility.
Kit Components:
- Anchor Bolt Retrofit Adaptor Plate (Heavy Duty Die Cast Aluminum)
- Accommodates various anchor bolt mountings: 3@120°, 4@90°, or 2@180° (3.5˝ to 5˝ diameter bolt circle).
- Slots fit ¼˝ to ⅜˝ diameter anchor bolts.
- Provision for field-drilled anchors for unmatched fitting or damaged bolts (anchors not included).
- 4 Stainless Steel leveling bolts with dual 90° leveling bubbles for precise base alignment.
- Bollard Mounting Cover Plate (Heavy Duty Die Cast Aluminum)
- Threaded holes to fit ALL LBS bollard base mounting plates.
- Stainless Steel bolts for securing the bollard base plate.
- 4 Stainless Steel set screws at 90° to firmly attach the cover plate to the adaptor. The cover plate offers a full 360° rotation.
- Conduit Accommodation
- A central conduit entrance hole designed for two ¾˝ PVC conduits.
- Finish
- Durable powder coat over chromate conversion coating, available in Black or Bronze, to complement LBS Bollards.
