Hello, I just bought a warehouse and need to put in bulbs. The current bulbs do not have any identification on them. They do have a red ring around them. They are LED and fit 4 per fixture. They are "Use this side for Double-Ended wiring only" is written on the N side. Two sides - Side A and Side B. I do have a picture if that would help.

Also, I did find a box with a fixture in it. But can't be 100% certain this is the same fixture. Not sure if this helps but the number on the box is 2GT8 4 32 A12 L/BPS 2/4 GEB10PS LSTB by lithonia lighting. There is another number 74-24-2015-07-15 . Again, not sure if this is even the same fixture. But it does look like the one that I am trying to find bulbs for.

Thank you for your time and consideration,

LED linear tubes come in three types:
  • Type A (Ballast Compatible) - requires a flourescent ballast installed in the fixture. This type is ideal for retrofitting old fixtures without rewiring them.
  • Type B (Ballast Bypass) - uses line voltage wired directly to one or both ends, depending on the lamp. No ballast required, and existing ballasts need to be removed or bypassed.
  • Type AB (Hybrid) - Can be wired either way. Usually costs more than the other types but they are more future-proof since they can do both.
This bulb is a Type B with single ended wiring. While not an exact match to the existing lamp you're describing, they could work fine if your fixture has line voltage wired to one end only, not both. You'll need to check your fixtures to ensure compatibility. See full answer »
