This offer excludes globes, poles, and items exceeding 4ft in dimension (length, width, or height) due to the specialized logistics and costs associated with shipping large, bulky items. For orders below $1,000, the freight cost is determined by the location and either the actual weight or dimensional weight of the product. We ship via the USPS and FedEx, selecting the best carrier once your order is ready for shipping. Specific shipping requests may incur additional charges. Note: Express orders are the only ones with a guaranteed shipping method.
To place an order outside Lower 48 States:

Shipping Concerns and Solutions

For international orders, we're unable to cover damages or losses after shipping. If a delivered package is missing, we encourage you to contact the carrier directly to file a claim.
