Free Shipping Simplified: Orders Over $1,000 (Lower 48 States)
Enjoy hassle-free shipping on all orders exceeding $1,000 within the contiguous lower 48 states. This offer excludes globes, poles, and items exceeding 4ft in dimension (length, width, or height) due to the specialized logistics and costs associated with shipping large, bulky items. For orders below $1,000, the freight cost is determined by the location and either the actual weight or dimensional weight of the product. We ship via the USPS and FedEx, selecting the best carrier once your order is ready for shipping. Specific shipping requests may incur additional charges. Note: Express orders are the only ones with a guaranteed shipping method.
To place an order outside Lower 48 States:
- Email us the items and quantities you need.
- We will send you an electronic invoice with your shipping costs (if applicable).
- Once confirmed, we will expertly handle your order and ensure safe delivery.
Shipping Concerns and Solutions
To ensure the best service, kindly notify our Customer Service team within 14 days if a shipment goes missing. We'll promptly assist with the claim process. For international orders, we're unable to cover damages or losses after shipping. If a delivered package is missing, we encourage you to contact the carrier directly to file a claim. We understand the urgency of cancellations but due to our quick shipping process, we might not always catch them in time In these instances, the shipment will go out and our return policy will apply.
