This 4-foot LED stairwell light with motion sensor is designed for commercial stairwells, corridors, hallways and other common areas that benefit from occupancy-based lighting control. The fixture includes a standard PIR motion sensor and offers field-selectable 35W, 45W or 55W operation with 4,200, 5,400 or 6,600 lumens. Installers can also select 3500K, 4000K or 5000K during installation. The fixture operates on 120-277V, supports 0-10V dimming and is rated for damp locations.

35W, 45W or 55W Selectable Output
The fixture can be set to 35W, 45W or 55W before installation. The corresponding listed outputs are 4,200 lumens at 35W, 5,400 lumens at 45W and 6,600 lumens at 55W.
This selectable design allows contractors to use one fixture across different stairwells, corridors and mounting conditions instead of stocking separate wattage-specific models.
3500K, 4000K or 5000K Selectable CCT
A separate selector allows the installer to choose 3500K, 4000K or 5000K. Select 3500K for a softer neutral white, 4000K for a balanced commercial white or 5000K for a cooler daylight appearance.
The factory setting is 55W and 4000K. Confirm the desired wattage and color temperature before final commissioning.
Standard PIR Motion Sensor
A PIR motion sensor is included as standard. This allows the stairwell light to respond to occupancy without requiring a separate fixture-mounted sensor to be added later.
Occupancy-based control is especially useful in stairwells, corridors and other common areas that do not require full-output lighting continuously.
0-10V Dimming
The LED driver includes control wiring for compatible 0-10V dimming systems. This allows the fixture to be integrated with commercial dimming controls and building energy-management systems.
Wide 119-Degree Light Distribution
The fixture provides a broad 119-degree beam angle designed to spread light across stairs, landings and corridors. This wide distribution helps provide more uniform illumination across common travel areas.
Frosted Polycarbonate Lens
The frosted polycarbonate lens helps diffuse the LED light source and reduces direct visual brightness. The linear lens design provides broad illumination while maintaining a clean commercial appearance.
Optional Emergency Backup
Emergency battery backup is not included with the standard fixture. Optional emergency LED fixtures are available separately for projects that require emergency operation.
Select the appropriate emergency driver based on the project requirements and applicable life-safety design.
